The mod maps Walter Russell's two-way universe onto its tech tree: Light is the one substance; generation (compression/charging) and radiation (expansion/discharging) are the paired halves of rhythmic balanced interchange; and the 16 wireless channels are octaves. The framing is flavour, not physics — internally the namespace stays echoes for save-compatibility, and the display names are the “Octaves of the One” reskin.
